Use of a Spotify gift card, eGift card, eCard, Premium code or PIN code (hereinafter referred to as "card") constitutes acceptance of the following provisions:

1. "Spotify Terms of Use", which can be found at https://www.spotify.com/legal/end-user-agreement, is part of these Card Terms. Spotify's Terms of Use may include provisions regarding the collection and use of personal data, general provisions regarding the services offered by Spotify, applicable law, mandatory arbitration (if applicable), and jurisdiction.

2. The card may only be used for the purchase of full-paid separate monthly subscriptions to the Premium service. It cannot be used for discounted or group subscriptions (e.g., student discounts, trial versions, Premium subscriptions for families, or offers combining Premium subscriptions with third-party products or services).

3. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, returned or resold (except where required by law).

4. If you want to redeem the card, you must have or create a new Spotify account in the country where the card was purchased. To use or create an account, you must meet the applicable age requirements set forth in the Spotify Terms of Use.

5. To use the card, visit https://www.spotify.com/redeem.

6.The card must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the PIN expires and the card can no longer be used for purchases.

7. the card is disposable. When the card is used, the full face value for an individual account is deducted. Subsequent purchases or exchanges for credit are not possible.

8. neither Spotify nor Spotify's directors, shareholders, employees, agents, officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, suppliers or licensors shall be liable for any loss or damage resulting from lost, stolen or illegally obtained cards or their unauthorized use.

9 The Card is provided by Spotify AB, registered under number 556703-7485, located at Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden ("Spotify").

10. In the event of any inconsistency or contradiction between the Terms of Use and the terms printed on any card, the provisions of these Terms of Use shall prevail.
